Every job you apply to, saved in one click.
You already keep a spreadsheet. You already paste the company, the title, the link — then you close the tab, and the job description is gone. This does that part for you, and keeps everything.
One payment. No subscription. PayPal or card · Chrome & Edge
Applying is the easy part. Remembering is the hard part.
Most people aren't disorganised. They applied to sixty jobs across four months, and no spreadsheet built by hand survives that.
"Which job was this again?"
A recruiter rings three weeks later. You have the company name and nothing else. The posting is long gone. You go into the call guessing.
"What salary did it say?"
They ask what you're expecting. You can't recall whether the ad said €45k or €55k — so you name a number, and you name it low.
"What were they even asking for?"
The interview is tomorrow. The requirements list that would have told you exactly what to prepare vanished with the tab you closed.
The fix isn't more discipline. It's not typing it in the first place. Job Tracker reads the posting already open in front of you and writes it into your spreadsheet — title, company, salary, and the whole description, word for word. One click, about a second.
Set it up once. Then forget it's there.
No account to create beyond signing in. Nothing to paste. Nothing to configure.
Pick where it saves
Google Sheets if you like spreadsheets, Notion if you like databases. Sign in the normal way.
It builds your tracker
The sheet is created for you, right columns already in place. Rename or move one later — it keeps up.
Click once per job
Open any job ad. Click the button. Check what it found, change anything, and it's saved.
It doesn't care what you do for a living.
If the job is posted on a website, it can be saved. Same one click — different people.
- Job title
- Registered Nurse — Intensive Care
- Company
- St. Mary's Hospital
- Location
- Manchester
- Salary
- £37,000 – £44,000
- The bit that matters later
- "Must hold current NMC registration. Experience in a critical care setting. Shift pattern: 3 × 12.5-hour days."
Every row keeps the full job description — not a summary. When the interview comes, you read back exactly what they asked for.
Walk in prepared
Read the exact requirements the night before. Answer with their words, not your guesses.
Don't undersell yourself
The range was printed in the ad. Having it in front of you when they ask about money earns back the price on the first call.
Tailor without starting over
Applying somewhere similar? The requirements are already saved. Mirror the wording in five minutes, not an hour.
It works on the sites you're already on.
Behind almost every "Careers" page is one of a handful of hiring systems. Job Tracker recognises them — so a company you've never heard of usually works first try.
Job boards
- Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster
- StepStone, Xing
- Dice, Wellfound, SimplyHired
Company careers pages
- Workday, Greenhouse
- SuccessFactors, iCIMS
- Lever, Ashby & ~30 more
Everywhere else
- Reads most job pages by default
- Falls back to a plain form

Nobody sees your job search. Including us.
Not a promise — the way it's built. Job ads go straight from your browser into your own spreadsheet. Our server isn't in the middle.
What we can't see
Which jobs you save. Which companies. What you earn. Whether you're even looking.
What our server does
Two things: signs you in to Google or Notion, and checks your licence. That's all of it.
Your employer
The sheet is in your own account. Nobody is notified. No profile, no feed, no "people also viewed".
One payment. That's the whole deal.
You're job hunting. The last thing you need is another monthly charge you forget to cancel once you've been hired.
Rising to €40 on REPLACE_WITH_DATE.
Buy now and it's yours to keep — every future update included.
- Unlimited job captures, forever
- Google Sheets and Notion
- Job boards and company careers pages
- Your data never touches our servers
- Use it on your own computers
- No subscription. Nothing to cancel.
14-day refund. Email us — no questions, no form.
About the price of one takeaway. It pays for itself the first time you don't undersell yourself by €3,000.
Before you ask
I already track everything in Excel. Why change?
Don't change — that's rather the point. Job Tracker fills a Google Sheet, which is a spreadsheet with the same rows and columns you already know. It's free, opens in a browser, and is the same thing your Excel file is, minus the typing.
Want the file on your computer? Open the sheet and choose File → Download → Microsoft Excel. Ordinary .xlsx.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You click the extension, sign in to Google the way you sign in to anything, and it makes the spreadsheet for you. Nothing to configure, no keys to paste, no file to install beyond the extension itself.
What if it can't read a job page?
The form opens with whatever it managed to find, and you fill in the rest — still faster than an empty row. If a site breaks, tell us and we'll fix it. That's what the price covers.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. No renewal, no card on file, no "your trial is ending" email. Updates included for as long as the extension exists.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes — PayPal, credit card, or Apple Pay. Checkout is handled by our payment provider, who also takes care of VAT. You get the licence key by email straight away.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your own. The licence activates on a small number of devices, and you can move it to a new laptop in Settings.
Can my employer see I'm applying?
Nothing is posted anywhere. The spreadsheet lives in your own Google or Notion account. We never receive the job data at all — nothing for us to leak, sell, or hand over. Full detail in the privacy policy.
What if I hate it?
Email within 14 days, money back. No form, no reason required, no attempt to talk you out of it.
Your next application takes one click.
Two minutes to set up. One click from then on.
